Q. Do you accept our insurance?
A. We accept most insurance policies and will file them on your behalf. Since each
insurance plan is different, please feel free to contact us and give us your plan
information. We will verify benefits before your first visit.
Q. Does Dr. Recknagel do all services in the office?
A. Dr. Recknagel does offer all the services listed above. In special situations he may
refer a patient to a dentist that specializes in a certain area such as an endodontist or
oral surgeon. If at all possible he will do all treatment at this location.
Q. When do I pay for treatment?
A. We ask that you pay at the time of treatment. If you have insurance, we ask that you
pay your estimated co-payment at the time of your visit.
Q. Can I pay my part out over time?
A. We do offer financing through Care Credit. There are plans that range from three to
twelve months interest free financing and longer term low rate finance plans.
Q. I'm NERVOUS! How can you help?
A. Sedation Dentistry allows the patient to be relaxed and unaware of the usual dental
sounds and sensations. After the procedures are completed the patient wakes up with no
memory of the procedures being performed. It is a relaxing, stress-free option that not
only helps the nervous patient relax, but also lets patients do more treatment in one visit.
